Questions cat moms ask
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes if you order by December 18. Every order ships with tracking. Orders after the 18th usually still make it, but we can't guarantee it.
What size cat does it fit?
Comfortably up to 15 lbs. Interior is roughly 14" wide by 11" tall. Larger cats (up to ~18 lbs) fit the Evergreen and the Sleigh; the Treehouse openings are best for cats under 14 lbs.
What if my cat ignores it?
Most cats take 1–3 days. Put it where they already nap, add a treat or a bit of catnip inside, and give it a week. If they still won't use it after 30 days, email us and we'll refund you. No need to ship it back.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth. The floor pad pulls out and can be hand-washed. Don't machine wash the yarn body — it'll lose its shape.
Is it safe? Any loose parts?
All pom-poms and appliqués are stitched, not glued. No wire frame, no small parts. If your cat is a dedicated chewer, keep an eye on the star topper like you would with any plush.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently US only. We're adding Canada and the UK in January.
